Chicken Breasts divided into 2 parts and slightly repel
Prepare a hearty mixture : Mix egg, mayonnaise and mustard
Flour mixed with salt and spices ( I have a mixture of peppers). Fillet dipped in egg mixture, then roll in flour and into the frying pan to the fire a little smaller than average.
Fry for 5-7 minutes on each side (not Iriarte, otherwise the chops will be dry)
Enjoy delicious soft chicken!
