Ingredients for Moussaka zucchini
- Zucchini - 500 g
- Figure - 120 g
- Onion - 160 g
- Tomato - 120 g
- Garlic - 6 tooth.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Milk - 200 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Moussaka zucchini
Zucchini cut into long slices, salt, roll in flour
Fry in vegetable oil until soft, stirring occasionally. Put in separate bowl.
Onion diced, garlic-finely, the tomatoes to be peeled and also cut into cubes. Dill finely chop.
In the same pan fry the onions. Then add the rice, tomatoes, garlic and dill. Mix everything, add salt, add spices.
Pour a glass of water, cover and simmer until the rice is tender.
When all ingredients are ready, put in a baking dish. First half of zucchini, then cooked rice with the vegetables and top with the remaining zucchini
Eggs mixed with milk, a little salt and pour
Put in oven at 180 for 40 minutes until tender. I have electric oven, for some reason more time is required.
