Delicious, fragrant, unusual cake.
Ingredients for Rice cake-the ring
- Figure - 250 g

- Powdered sugar - 200 g

- Lemon peel - 2 tbsp
- Chocolate milk - 100 g

Step by step instruction of cooking Rice cake-the ring
Rice pour boiling water, put on fire and boil until almost cooked (adding milk).
When the rice is cooked, remove it from heat (do not rinse) and cool.
Beat until cream the butter and powdered sugar, while continuously whisking enter one four egg yolks, gradually spoon to add rice weight, lemon zest and whipped to a froth proteins.
