Dissolve yeast in warm milk 100g.
Separate the yolks from the whites (3яйца).
In a bowl, knead the dough from egg yolks, margarine, dissolved yeast, milk, flour 3st. and 0.5 tbsp. sugar.
Give the dough stand for 30 minutes, in the meantime, make filling...
Beat egg whites with sugar, then add sour cream and blueberries. Mix well.
The dough start to knead, adding remaining flour.
Then half roll out and place on a baking sheet, spread on top of stuffing, then again rolled out dough.
Bake in preheated oven at 200*C 20min.,
take out, grease with beaten egg and put in oven for 10 min.
When the cake has cooled, cut into pieces, pour a Cup of tea or milk and enjoy. Bon appetit!
