Sunday was a picnic. I decided to fry chicken wings BBQ. But one person in the company loves wings and loves white chicken meat. Not to offend him! But how to make so that it will not be dry? After thinking a bit, came up with a marinade in the yogurt. In the end, the meat was wonderful. Chicken Breasts were roasted whole, they turned out tender, delicious, very juicy!

The onions and garlic grind in a blender, add the yogurt, ginger, juice of half a lemon and beat.
Add spices (cumin, pepper mix, paprika, grain mustard, cinnamon), salt and olive oil.
