I have a small family, so prepare a smaller portion. I took 2 medium eggplant (I cut in half across, very long)
Whole eggplant to cook until soft 5 minutes (They should remain firm).

While the eggplant cooked, cut the pepper into 4 pieces. I took 1 large pepper (I love pepper, for those who like 2 pieces), cut into 8 pieces.

Lightly fry until soft.
