A great dessert with little effort!
|Cooking time 30 minutes||Number of servings 12|
Puff pastry (a rectangle 30 x 40 cm) divide by 12 squares.
Put in molds with a diameter of 7-8 cm (I did not grease),
fill with berries-fruits (I had blueberries, a couple plums, tangerine slices and pineapple),
top each mold add 1/2 tsp of sugar.
Preheat the oven to 190*C,
bake cakes for 20-25 minutes.
Immediately remove from the molds (go easy),
even hot coffee, put a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
On top decorate with sugar beads or grated chocolate, or...
Serve immediately on the table.
Hot tarts ice cream melts, penetrates and cools the fruit.
