Cut eggplant into round slices along with the thickness of 3-5 mm.
Season with salt and leave for 30 minutes, then rinse in cold water.

The tomatoes finely cut into cubes.

Carrots grate on a grater.

Fry the carrots in vegetable oil.

Add tomatoes, salt, lightly fry. Cool.

Cut the ham into small cubes.
