Wash the meat, dry and cut into small cubes, season with salt and pepper.
Onion peel and cut into thin rings, add to the meat (this step I forgot to take a picture because one time I was cooking a few kebabs of different meats with different marinade. But I think everything is clear.)
Eggs lightly whisk, add the vodka and beat again. The pickle pour meat with onions, mix well. The meat with the marinade, cover tightly and leave overnight in the fridge.
