Ingredients for Pizza muffins
- Salami - 50 g
- Tomato - 50 g
- Green onions - 2-3 PCs
- Mozzarella - 130 g
- Basil - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 350 g
- Leavening agent - 1 package.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Milk - 250 ml
- Olive oil - 6 tbsp.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Lemon - 1/2 PCs
- Cheese - 30 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Pizza muffins
A lot of ingredients, but is surprisingly fast!
First make the filling:
finely chopped salami, green onions, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella.
All mix, add Basil and oregano or mixed herbs for pizza.
Turn the oven on 180*C.
In another bowl, mix the flour with salt, sugar and baking powder.
Add the eggs, milk, olive oil, zest of half a lemon.
All mix thoroughly until smooth dough.
And add stuffing, mix gently.
The dough to spread out in the muffin tin, greased.
Bake at 175-180*With 30 minutes. 10 minutes before end of baking sprinkle muffins with grated cheese and bake the remaining 10 minutes.
Warm muffins out of the molds, decorate:
6 muffins - cherry tomatoes,
6 muffin - sliced salami, cubes of mozzarella (preferably mozzarella balls).
1 muffin - 260 kcal.
