Mackerel wash, gutting, getting rid of head
Remove the skin and remove all fins.Cut into small pieces.
In a pan a little oil (because the fish itself is fatty) and fry on all sides
After you add onion (finely chopped)
Then pepper (roughly chopped) and simmer under the lid over medium heat until tender .
