Ingredients for Grandma's Apple pie
- Butter - 150 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1.5 stack.
- Flour - 3-4 stack.
- Leavening agent - 0.5 package.
- Apple - 3 PCs
- Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Grandma's Apple pie
Melt the butter. Add to it the sugar, egg and baking powder.
Knead the dough and put it for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Clean the apples, chop. Mix with sugar and cinnamon.
Divide the dough into two parts: large and small. Little to put back in the fridge. The most part put into a form so that the dough evenly and it turned out bumpers. From top to put the stuffing.
Then remove dough from the fridge and grate using a grater for the apples.
Put into the oven. Bake at 180-200*C.
