A cake baked by my grandma. Although, perhaps, not just mine. Like this on the website was not. If missed, then sorry )

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Grandma's Apple pie


Step 1

Melt the butter. Add to it the sugar, egg and baking powder.


Step 2

Knead the dough and put it for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.


Step 3

Clean the apples, chop. Mix with sugar and cinnamon.


Step 4

Divide the dough into two parts: large and small. Little to put back in the fridge. The most part put into a form so that the dough evenly and it turned out bumpers. From top to put the stuffing.


Step 5

Then remove dough from the fridge and grate using a grater for the apples.


Step 6

Put into the oven. Bake at 180-200*C.
