Cut the herring and onion.
To prepare the sauce: mayonnaise, a little dill and the juice of half a lemon. Carefully fluff herring with onions. Then RUB the potatoes and coat with sauce.
The next layer of grated eggs, coat with mayonnaise, then cabbage (a handful to crunch).
Make a sauce: olive oil (or sunflower), garlic, juice of half a lemon.
Pour the sauce over the crackers and spread in a salad bowl.
