I love funchoza (fun-Tu-JI), i.e. rice noodles, because of its fine qualities: firstly, it is low-calorie, and secondly, promotes good digestion. Rice noodles also has long been considered a means to restore strength, maintain sexual energy and longevity. According to legend, this dish regularly eaten Japanese ninja warriors. Step-by-step instruction of cooking Asian noodle salad with shrimp


Step 1
