Step 1

To prepare the dough. Mix cottage cheese, vegetable oil, egg, vanilla sugar and salt. Sift the flour with the baking powder and half of the mixture add in the cheese mass.

The rest of the flour mixed with cocoa powder, add the ground hazelnuts.

The resulting mixture to combine with the dough (if necessary add 1-2 tbsp mineral water). Knead homogeneous dough.
