The next dinner of the series, "I sing what I see", or in other words - from what I found in the fridge.

Finely chop shelled chicken gizzards. Them sprinkle with salt, seasoning :). Fry them lightly in a skillet
After stomachs a little roasted, pour into the pan the mushrooms, peppers, and broccoli. Simmer this whole thing under a lid.
Once the vegetables are almost ready, sprinkle with Basil, thyme, seasoned with sweet and sour sauce.
Stir and already with the lid open fry for about three minutes. Ready.
