Salad "Compromise"


Salad prepared for yourself when slowly, adding the ingredient (some apples, a couple of kiwis, a handful of Chinese cabbage, a little celery... ) got a portion, I decided to share with my husband, but it was necessary in the salad to add a little bit of meat. The meat was very little, so we added almonds and sunflower seeds. The result satisfied me and the husband!

Step 1

Apples cut into strips.

Step 2

Cabbage chop thin strips.

Step 3

Kiwi cleaned, cut in half, then plastics. Celery stalks, chop.

Step 4

Smoked meat is also cut into strips.

Almonds fry in a pan,lightly chopped, seeds also dry the pan and add to the salad.

Step 6

For dressing mix the lime juice, mustard, salt, pepper, brown sugar and sesame oil.

Step 7

Season and mix the salad.

When serving, garnish with chopped Basil.
