Well, MY dreams today because I couldn't decide what I want more of? - squash cake from Larissa (Alaris) or appetizer of eggplant from Lena (Mrs. March).. and the refrigerator was waiting for the urgent implementation of the mushrooms... not Long thinking, combined ALL into ONE... and the resulting cake-a cake I liked. I hope girls won't take offense that took advantage of their ideas (to give references in the text). In "Search" such is not found.

This recipes that inspired me:
According to the recipe of the Lena, cut the eggplant in small cubes and mixed with a raw egg. From myself - I added finely chopped mushrooms. All mixed and put in the fridge for 2 hours.
After 2 hours: extinguished in oil, finely chopped onion and white part of green onions :) - 3 minutes
added eggplant, mushrooms, salt, fry until cooked (15 minutes left). Put aside to cool.
While frying the filling is rubbed on a large grater zucchini, carrots and raw potatoes, finely sliced green onions.
Added to grated vegetables 2 eggs, flour, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tbsp vegetable oil. All well mixed and baked plump pancakes (diameter of the pan 15 cm, we got 7 pancakes).
In the cooling baklanovo-mushroom stuffing added 50 grams of grated cheese, stir.
Turn the oven to 200*C.
Suitable size shape not found, put foil on the bottom of a small saucepan and put all the pancakes, alternating with filling.
Milk, eggs and 30 gr of grated cheese made the filling (not salted).
Bake 15 minutes at 200*C, a bit cool and with the help of foil pulled the cake out of the pan.
It is possible to decorate with greens (and with her then to eat pie)
Delicious in hot or cold.
