Long thought that to cook that tasty was unusual and a short time to prepare. Here and there was a cake. Try, make, simple and delicious.

Peel potatoes.

Make a sauce: mix sour cream with mayonnaise.
Cut into rings sausage.
Finely chop the tomato.
RUB on a coarse grater cheese.
Take an ovenproof form, greased with sunflower oil.
Spread:
1st layer - potato pancake smeared with sauce,top with 1/2 of the sausage.
The 2nd layer is a potato pancake smeared with sauce,top with 1/2 of tomato.
3rd layer - potato pancake,top with 1/2 of cheese.
4-th,5-th,6-th layers repeat from the beginning.
Put the form in the oven at 200-220 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Pull out, wait a bit to slightly cool (that the cheese was well cut) and cut.
