Ingredients for Walnut pate
- Walnuts - 0,5 stack.
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Green peas - 0,5 ban.
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Black pepper
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sweet white wine - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Walnut pate
Onions chop and fry together with the nuts until tender.
In a blender put boiled eggs, onions, nuts, green peas. Add salt, pepper and wine. Whisk for several minutes until a homogeneous lush mass.
Delicious, especially with toast!
