Ingredients for Soufflé of zucchini
- Zucchini - 4 PCs
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Dry white wine - 2 tbsp
- Ricotta - 3 tbsp.
- Cheese - 4 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Soufflé of zucchini
Grind zucchini in a blender or grate.
Add both to the zucchini cheese (one tablespoon of cheese to leave for topping), wine, flour, salt, pepper and beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly.
