Ingredients for Raita with zucchini

- Dill - 1/2 stack.
- Garlic - 1 tbsp
- Zucchini - 2 PCs
- Olive oil - 1/2 stack.
- Lemon juice - 1/2 PCs
- Flour - 1/2 stack.
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Raita with zucchini
zucchini cut into slices, season with salt
roll in flour and fry in vegetable or olive oil
until Golden brown
folded layers in a deep bowl
garlic and greens, chopped, mix in a separate bowl
add salt, pepper, yogurt and squeeze the juice of a lemon, stir well
pour this mixture into the courgettes and place in refrigerator and serve cold
