Ingredients for Fish marinated in Greek
- Fish - 1.5 kg
- Flour - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Vinegar - 0,5 stack.
- Black pepper - 10 PCs
- Bay leaf - 4 PCs
- Onion - 2 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish marinated in Greek
The fish is cleaned, gut, cut off the head and cut into slices 1.5 cm thick. Salt, sprinkle with spices for fish.
To prepare the marinade. Pour into a saucepan 1.5 liters of water, add salt -1ch.l, peppercorns and Bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and add the vinegar. (marinade should be well tart)
Fish roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil until tender
