- Tofu - 350 g
- Carrots - 65 g
- Daikon - 65 g
- Chili - 1/2 PCs
- Mushrooms - 20 g
- Potato starch
- Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp
- Corn - 250 g
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Sesame - 1 tsp.

Shiitake mushrooms pour boiling water and leave to increase several times.
The carrots and daikon to chop sticks.
Add shredded shiitake mushroom caps and chopped chili pepper.
Tofu cut into cubes, roll in cornstarch and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Make the sauce by mixing in saucepan soy sauce, rice vinegar, grated on a fine grater ginger, bring to boil, drain from the slices of ginger. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornstarch two tablespoons of water and pour into sauce, bring to thick.
To the vegetables add corn (if large cut diagonally into pieces), tofu, season with sauce and mix.
When serving, sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
