Cut the fish into pieces, fry with a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan until soft.
Add Lecho, all salt and pepper, I added 1 Bay leaf and 1 table. a spoonful of sugar, and cook for 10 - 15 min.
Then add the pineapple (I had pieces already)and cook until tender chicken.
