Cut meat into small cubes, peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
Onions finely chop. In a pan pour oil and over medium heat sauté the meat, onions and carrots, garlic.
In the same container put potatoes, cut into wedges. Pour 0,5 glass of water, put on fire and bring to a boil. Add pepper, salt. The pan cover and simmer on low heat for about 40 min.
10 minutes before readiness add the tomatoes cut in cubes.
