Step 1

In a food processor grind the cornflakes
(I had the remains of "biscotti" I added, but it is not a required ingredient, so it is wrote).


Step 2

Mix with softened butter, cocoa and liqueur


Step 3

And spread on the bottom of the form ( preferably split) on the silicone film and put in the refrigerator.


Step 4

Make the cheese cream:
whisk cream with sugar until stiff, gradually adding the cheese, yogurt and gelatin.
Preparation of gelatin - according to the instructions on the package, because the method of preparation of agar-agar and gelatin are slightly different. Cook in a small amount of milk or cream and prior to introduction into cheese mass is cooled.
For this amount of cream you can use 1-2 sachets "agar" for 8 g.

Cottage cheese spread in the form on the cake and again put in the refrigerator.

Do currant jelly:
red currants wash, dry,

Part berries (1/3) lay entirely on top of the dessert


Step 7

The rest of the grind in a blender until puréed with sugar and mix with dissolved gelatin (1 pack), bring to a boil (see instructions) and cooled.


Step 8

Fill the dessert currant jelly and put in refrigerator until fully cured at least 4-5 hours (preferably overnight).
