Chicken rolls with mushrooms

Make these rolls for the holidays and for guests. Guests always love these tender rolls. Stuffing made from mushrooms, and even put cheese. The rolls are just wonderful - yum.
Ingredients for Chicken rolls with mushrooms
- Chicken fillet - 2 PCs
- Mushrooms - 2 PCs
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Bread crumbs
- Vegetable oil
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken rolls with mushrooms
Mushrooms cut into slices.
Chicken fillet lightly beat off on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
On beated put chopped garlic and mushrooms.
Top a slice of cheese and chopped dill.
Gently roll the tenderloin in the rolls, secure with toothpicks.
Rolls roll in a beaten egg,
then in breadcrumbs,
and again in the egg,
again in breadcrumbs.
Rolls fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.
Put into a form, greased with vegetable oil,
sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.
Garnish with parsley and tomato. Bon appetit!
