I have a lot of choices of salads with celery and it is one of the most nutritious. I would be glad if someone will have to taste this.

Canned fish mash with a fork in a bowl and mix with celery,
add cheese, chopped Apple and onion, sprinkle with lemon juice;
add the corn.
Add the olives, cut into slices and top the salad with the yogurt, mixed with mustard;
season with salt and pepper and add the greens.
