First make a sauce:
cream, vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt and ground black pepper, whisking until smooth.
Add chopped herbs, mix well.
The sauce is ready.
Products for the salad
The salad can be prepared or portioned in a common salad bowl.
Mix the lettuce, chopped plastics, mushrooms, olives, asparagus and sliced thin cheese sticks. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Sauce to pour when serving, mix gently.
If you cook in batches - put all the products in beautiful large transparent glasses and top with the sauce.
