The recipe was able to spy in a remote Belarusian village. The dish is prepared long and hard, but worth it!!! To please your stomach and surprise guests, give them a holiday "BELLY" truly - it is magical!!!

Step 1

Stuffed bird liberally lubricated crushed or grated garlic and wrap it first in horseradish leaves, then the leaves of burdock

Step 2

Preferably all the layers of leaves tightly tied with twine!

Step 3

In rural environments on top of the leaves coated with fresh rye dough, I covered and Packed in leaves the bird with foil... in the test is much better! Put bake in the oven at 350-400*C for 2-3 hours (the longer the better!)
