Muffins with the addition of egg liqueur is very gentle, with a taste of halva and chocolate. The dough resembles a biscuit. The smell of liquor is not present in this test. Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar. But we had enough sweets.

Ingredients for Muffins yogurt with egg liqueur and chocolate
- Yogurt - 350 ml
- Liqueur - 100 ml
- Sugar - 200 g
- Leavening agent - 1 Pach.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 120 ml
- Chocolate milk - 60 g
- Candy - 3-4 PCs
- Salt - 0,02 tsp.
- Flour - 400 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Muffins yogurt with egg liqueur and chocolate
Beat eggs with sugar and salt until stable mass .
Beat 3-4 minutes.
To crush the candy and broke the chocolate into small pieces.
Enter the weight of the yogurt, vegetable oil and liqueur. Stir gently.
Then gradually add the flour with the baking powder and stir gently with a whisk until smooth.
In a baking dish ,if any ,to put paper baskets and fill them with test 1\4 part, then put the crushed candy and small chocolate pieces.
Add on top of the dough. The mold I were filled to 3\4 parts.
Bake in pre-heated oven to 180 gr. for about an hour. But be guided by your oven.
This rule I got 18 muffins.
