Decided to try this method of stuffing zucchini. And why not? It was very tasty.

Step 1

Wash, peel the zucchini. Cut across (I did that each zucchini into 4 pieces). Carefully, with a spoon, take out the middle of zucchini. The resulting salt "Cup".


Step 2

Finely chop the chicken breast, salt, pepper and leave for 15 minutes.


Step 3

Boil the vermicelli.


Step 4

Fry in butter finely chopped onion until Golden brown. To the onions add the chicken Breasts, fry them well. Then add finely chopped tomato and fry all together for about 10 minutes.


Step 5

The resulting stir fried with noodles. Fill squash "cups" with a mixture of noodles, onions, chicken Breasts and tomatoes. Put in preheated oven to 200-210 degrees for 15 minutes. Maybe the oven temperature needs to be less that the upper part of the pasta had not been dried! But I this did not happen.


Step 6

Take out from the oven the courgettes, sprinkle with grated cheese for 10-15 minutes put it in the oven. Take out.
