Zelenka mushrooms, stuffed with cheese and mushrooms, in a sauce from vegetables. You can have a great use of leftover vegetable salad (for the sauce). The dish goes well with potatoes, rice, pasta... in other words, with almost any side dish! Special preference to give the dish man!

Mushrooms to wash, to separate the legs from hats.
Legs finely chopped, a little salt and fry a little,
grate cheese on a grater. Capers finely chop.
Mix fried legs with cheese and capers, and this mixture tightly to stuff the cap. Then fold in the pan and let stand on low heat for 5 minutes.
Vegetables (tomato + bell. pepper + cucumber + onion) - finely chop or grind in a blender and mix with cream.
You can use leftover vegetable salad, like I did :-)
Stuffed hats pour the resulting sauce and bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes
And here, we have everything prepared!
