- Lemon juice - 0.5 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 0.5 tsp.
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Vegetable scrambled eggs
Carrots,sweet pepper and zucchini cut into small cubes.
Fry in oil the vegetables,add the nutmeg, lemon juice, salt, pepper and fry for a few minutes.
Eggs lightly whisk, adding a little water.
Pour them vegetables and bake eggs in the oven until cooked.
When serving, arrange the appetizer lettuce.
