I have seen on the website all sorts of tasty salads with strawberries... Impressed and decided to also get something to portray. But... the strawberries have already passed((( But raspberries are in full swing!!! I calmed down, climbed into their magazines and found in a "School of Gastronome" this summer salad! Well, very spicy and just unusual! Please!

Lettuce wash, dry and coarsely torn with your hands in a bowl
Prepare the dressing. Take wine vinegar (I have balsamic), mustard and sugar, whisk a little into a homogeneous mass, sugar has dissolved. Continuing to whisk, add a little olive oil
Put half of the raspberries, mash them with a fork and mix everything carefully. The dressing is ready.
Quail eggs, pre-cooked hard-boiled, cut in half. Cheese cut into small cubes. Lettuce, pour dressing, sprinkle with cheese and carefully mix as the lettuce is very fragile. Spread the top halves of the eggs and decorate with the remaining raspberries.
