Cold terrine with shrimp and avocado

Easy dish for lovers of shrimp which can be cooked as terrine and a small portion molds. The flavor is light and delicate - the perfect refreshing snack, especially in hot weather.
Ingredients for Cold terrine with shrimp and avocado
- Shrimp - 300 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Dry white wine - 100 g
- Broth - 100 g
- Lemon juice - 2-3 tbsp
- Gelatin - 1 cat.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cold terrine with shrimp and avocado
Avocado peel and cut into cubes or slices;
sprinkle with lemon juice;
mix with the shrimp and spread in a form to terrine or portion cups.
The broth and the wine will paricipate (if necessary, add salt);
remove from heat and add gelatin, razmochenny in a small amount of water;
mix to completely dissolve the gelatin, leave to cool slightly (about 10 minutes).
Note: the amount of gelatine must be taken depending on the instructions on the package based on 200 ml. of liquid.
Pour the broth in the form of shrimp.
The terrine set in a cool place until fully cured (preferably overnight).
