Bought apricots... tried, like, nothing(good)as it turned out, in the fridge left half jars of canned peaches and that's what came of it... For the contest "Sweet taste of summer"
Ingredients for Apricot-peach mousse
- Cream - 200 ml
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- The sugar syrup - 50 ml
- Apricot - 12 PCs
- Gelatin - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
Step by step instruction of cooking Apricot-peach mousse
Soak gelatine in the syrup from the peaches(50ml)
Prepare the syrup: ½ Cup sugar pour a little less than half Cup water,boil until sugar is dissolved.
Add apricots and boil until soft.Cool.
Whip the cream with one tablespoon sugar
beat the yolks with two tablespoons of sugar until white
Carefully mix in the cream
Apricots and peaches grind in a blender.
Add the cream,stir
Gelatin to warm to dissolve(do not boil)cool and carefully mix in the cream.Pour into glasses...put in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
