Ingredients for Vegetable appetizer "Autumn"
- Eggplant - 5 PCs
- Sweet pepper - 4 PCs
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cheese - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Green olives
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Vegetable appetizer "Autumn"
Cut eggplant lengthwise(2 pieces) and wide(1pc.) and fry in vegetable oil.
Two eggplant and one large sweet pepper (green) bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 gr. until tender.
Baked eggplant and pepper peel and shred the eggplant.
Finely chop the onion and pepper and fry in vegetable oil, adding crushed eggplant.
In the end add grated cheese and let it melt. Mix well.
Ready stuffing add the garlic.
A fried slice of eggplant spread the stuffing,
