Partially changed. Apples to apricot, orange to lemon(zest).
In a saucepan, and bring to a boil 3 tbsp milk + 1 tsp oil + 3 tbsp. sugar.
Add 100 g ground poppy
and cook for 5 minutes. Cooled.
Mix 75g flour + 1/2 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp baking soda + 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon + pinch of salt
Chop 25 grams pecans.
75 ml of vegetable oil + 100 gr sugar beat 2 minutes.
Add 2 eggs room 3 ( small) and beat another minute.
25 grams raisins, grate the lemon zest.
Clean and dice the green Apple sour, instead of doing an apricot.
In the oil-egg mixture add Mac,
and flour. Gently mix everything.
Pour into cake pan.
Preheat the oven to 175 C, bake until tender ( 40-50 minutes ).
While baking the cake,boil the syrup from 4 s. l. sugar + 4 tablespoons of water.
In the finished syrup pour 1/2 tbsp brandy(liqueur).
To get the cake, pour the syrup and allow to cool.
