Tart - dish of French cuisine , like Italian pizza
Ingredients for Tart
- Flour - 300 g
- Margarine - 150 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Water - 0,5 stack.
- Soda - 1/4 tsp
- Citric acid - 1/4 tsp
- Onion - 500 g
- Chicken breast - 150 g
- Yolk egg - 3 PCs
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Butter - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Tart
Prepare the dough. Margarine leaves with flour, baking soda, citric acid until homogeneous. Then add the egg and cold water, knead a tight dough. Put in a cool place for an hour.
Make starting: cut Onion into half rings, fry in butter (30 g), add the bacon cut into cubes, fry until Golden brown
With the dough forming the bottom and sides, lay on greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form, puncture with a fork and put the stuffing.
Prepare the sauce: beat the Yolks with sour cream, salt and pepper mix to pour on top. From top to grate the butter (20g)
