A drink based on fruit snow from a pineapple. This snow is again coming into fashion thanks to the Spanish cooks, this time in the form of drinks. Granizado (Granizado) can be prepared from different fruits: lemon, strawberries, peaches, plums, papaya, pineapple, pear and Apple sauce... Sometimes some restaurants dilute fruit snow Fanta, sprite, just cold water.. Very tasty, refreshing on hot summer days or festive parties. ; -)

Prepared from pineapple 1/3 cut part.

Cut into cubes, along with a dry white wine in a blender to obtain a homogeneous mixture and foaming.
