About under the title I found this recipe on the Internet. I know that the site already has countless recipes of pizza, so very long doubted whether to put this. But then still decided to put as well, this recipe is VERY economical and the dough was very thin and delicate. This is my first recipe on the site, so please do not judge strictly. Step 1

Sift about 2.5 cups of flour, add 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp olive or sunflower oil.


Step 2

This also added 3/ 4 Cup warm water.

In a separate bowl mix 1 packet of yeast "SAF Moment", 1 tsp honey and 1/4 Cup of warm water. All mix well.

Now add this mixture to the flour and all mix well.

Well knead the dough, adding the remaining flour so the dough does not stick to hands. In the end it should be about that of kolobochek :).

Now put our gingerbread man in a bowl, cover with polotenechko and put in a warm place for about 1 hour.
I usually put the bowl with the dough on the pan with very hot water. Then in a bowl under a towel is always warm and the dough is better suited. This especially helps when the house is not very warm.


Step 7

Stuffing you can do absolutely whatever You like. I made mushroom.
Mushrooms wash, cut and fry with onions until evaporated liquid. Then add sour cream, season with salt and pepper and simmer for another 15 minutes.


Step 8

Now take the pastry and roll out. You can make 2 round pizza, but you can just roll out the whole sheet. I did the second option.
On the dough put the filling: mushrooms, then the tomatoes, and the top three cheese.
