Step 1

Yeast pour the warm water and stir, leave for 10 minutes in a warm place.
Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, sugar and mix with flour.
Pour in a bowl the yeast, oil and knead homogeneous dough.
Knead the dough until soft and smooth.
Put the dough in a bowl, cover with cling film and put in a warm place for an hour and a half,
below doubled in volume. Punch down the risen dough, divide into 2 equal parts.
Each part roll into a large rectangle, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
The dough should be thin layer. Cover with a towel and leave to come again, for 40 minutes.

Step 2

Beat the egg with oil in a homogeneous mixture and to thoroughly lubricate the surface of the dough.
With a sharp knife cut approached the dough into strips. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and sesame seeds.
Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated 220 degree oven.
Remove from the oven, break bread "stripes"
