Trout finely-finely chop (I again salted trout recipe Susie Lacoste http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/430 3/ . The fish and whisk with a mixer (or vigorously with a fork) with cream cheese (I usually "viola" or "Merry milkman" creamy without additives), garlic, lemon juice, pepper and parsley.
Spread mixture over tarts. Decorate with parsley.
