I don't even know what to call this dish - appetizer, salad or "grilled squid". But, if you like squid and spicy food, you will certainly enjoy this fresh taste with a light "ostrinkoy".

The cleaned squid carcass cut into 4 parts and 1-2 seconds to lower into the boiling water;
rinse with cold water.
Tomatoes pour boiling water for a few seconds and peel.
Onions and garlic peel.
Go tovim marinade: chop finely tomatoes, onion, garlic and herbs; lay in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil; stir.
Squid can be quickly browned on the grill, but you can use just boiled.
Mix the squid with the marinade and allow to infuse for at least 30 minutes in a cool place.
