Avocado peel and mash with a fork or grind in a blender with lemon juice (2 tsp).

and clean away the bitter walls.

Salmon cut into small pieces.

In portion cups spread:
avocado;
grapefruit;
avocado;
salmon.

Make yogurt sauce:
to do this, mix the yoghurt with herbs and peeled garlic, salt, pepper and optionally add Tabasco for spice and lemon juice (2H.l).

This sauce is a cream spread on salmon.
