Hearty pancakes for Breakfast, and, moreover, useful. The site has a lot of recipes for zucchini pancakes, but with oatmeal I have not met. May be someone, like me, you need to use "Hercules" which is not tasty in the form of porridge.

Salt , black pepper - to taste
Zucchini grate on a coarse grater, add cereal ,yogurt or sour cream and eggs. Stir,leave for 5-10 minutes to slightly swelled cereals.
Cut into cubes the tomatoes , and combine with the mix, then add flour gradually. The amount determined visually, from the juiciness of the zucchini.
Salt and pepper to taste. Fry with 2 sides on not too high heat until tender.
