Rinse the apricots, remove the seeds, pour the vodka, add the vanilla and leave for 12 hours.
Cook sugar syrup, cool.
Apricots in the liqueur gently muddle to give more juice, strain through cheesecloth folded in four and pour over the syrup.
All the liqueur is ready! Put in the refrigerator, 2 to 3 weeks to give it a brew. In General, the longer is, the better it becomes! ; -)
