This salad is more similar in taste to a hearty cold side dish in the heat. According to the wishes and taste, you can add a little garlic and cilantro.

Step 1

Dill and parsley, salt , red pepper and black ground - to taste.


Step 2

Chickpeas soak overnight. In the morning boil another water until tender 1.5 - 2 hours. Drain off water and cooled.
Zucchini peel , cut into slices and fry in Rast . oil.
Carrots cut into sticks and fry.
Onion cut into half rings and marinate in Apple cider vinegar ,pre-salt it , mash with your hands, then rinse with cold water.


Step 3

Tomatoes ( preferably meaty) cut into cubes and fry a little bit, so just grabbed and stayed almost in one piece.
Cut the greens.


Step 4

Combine all cooled ingredients and add spices , lemon juice. Salt to taste.
